Position: Class A CDL Driver

Department: Sales

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Fridays, rotates Saturdays. Depending on deliveries, reports to work between 3-6 a.m., works an average 10-hour day.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA Class A CDL and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift and occasionally lifting 48 lbs.

Duties:

Drives commercial vehicle to assigned stores; delivers & merchandises product; processes invoices; maintains orderly area in stock rooms.

Position: Loading Swingman

Department: Loading

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. until finished (approx. 8 to 11:00 p.m.).

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old; forklift-certified (or able to become forklift-certified); able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift and occasionally 48 lbs.

Duties:

Manually selects & loads cases of beverages onto pallets and operates forklift to load pallets onto trucks.

Position: Merchandiser (Full-Time)

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

5 a.m. until finished (approx. 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.); five days per week, including weekends.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA driver’s license and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift and occasionally 48 lbs.

Drives company vehicle to assigned stores; rotates product; stocks shelves/coolers/vendors; builds displays; and maintains orderly area in stock rooms.

Position: Merchandiser (Part-Time)

Department: Sales

Status: Regular Part-Time

Work Days/Hours:

Maximum of 28 hours per week; weekday and weekend shifts available.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA driver’s license and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift and up to 48 lbs. occasionally.

Drives to assigned store(s); rotates product; stocks shelves/coolers/vendors; builds displays; and maintains orderly area in stock rooms.

Position: Recruitment and Development Coordinator

Department: Human Resource

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in workforce recruitment, staffing, and development.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with employment-related laws, regulations, and best practices.
• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in human resources (or related field) or
equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid LA driver’s license and good driving record.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality on-site.

Duties:

• Identifies and implements effective and efficient recruiting methods to meet workforce
needs.
• Manages the application process by screening all applications/resumes to determine if
minimum qualifications are met for interview consideration.
• Responsible for selecting and conducting initial interviews to fill vacant positions, and
refer preferred applicants to hiring managers for second interviews.
• Additional duties may include assistance with developing/maintaining position
descriptions, job-specific performance appraisals, staff development training, etc.

Position: Service Technician

Department: Service

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; occasional overtime as well as early morning and late night hours; rotating on-call schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

* Minimum 21 years of age
* Valid LA driver’s license and good driving record
* HS diploma or GED. Class 2 refrigeration certification and familiarity with all current laws & regulations governing the use, recovery, disposal, and handling of refrigerants (or obtain the certification & knowledge within 1 year of employment in this position)
* Mechanically-inclined with general knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, and electronics, as well as equipment maintenance, repair, and refurbishment procedures.
* Ability to work in tight and heightened spaces, manually maneuver equipment weighing up to 600 lbs., and lift/carry/stack supplies weighing up to 100 lbs. in a safe manner
* Customer service oriented
* Ability to communicate effectively

Duties:

Drives company vehicle to/from customer locations and our service department in Broussard, LA.; Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment; Salvages and repairs equipment parts; Loads/unloads equipment and supplies; Provides exceptional customer service to our customers.
