Position: Class A CDL Driver

Department: Sales

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Fridays, rotates Saturdays. Depending on deliveries, reports to work between 3-6 a.m., works an average 10-hour day.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA Class A CDL and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift.

Duties:

Drives commercial vehicle to assigned stores; delivers & merchandises product; processes invoices; maintains orderly area in stock rooms.

Position: HR Assistant

Department: HR

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Payroll Experience; knowledge of payroll related laws and regulations
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills

Duties:

• Prepare, review, and process payroll and related payroll reports
• Record, process, verify, and maintain data for each employee including personal contact information, absences, performance evaluations, status changes, income/deduction changes, etc.
• Respond to and complete employment verifications, general correspondence internally and externally, answer questions regarding company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining organized filing system for all personnel records, agreements and contracts, audits, and/or other State and/or Federal compliance programs.
• Complete other assigned administrative duties as assigned

Position: Loading Swingman

Department: Loading

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays, 11 a.m. until finished (approx. 8 to 10:00 p.m.).

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old; forklift-certified (or able to become forklift-certified); able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift.

Duties:

Manually selects & loads cases of beverages onto pallets and operates forklift to load pallets onto trucks.

Position: Merchandiser

Department: Sales

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

5 a.m. until finished (approx. 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.); five days per week, including weekends.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA driver’s license and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift.

Duties:

Drives to assigned stores; rotates product; stocks shelves/coolers/vendors; builds displays; and maintains orderly area in stock rooms.

Position: Route Helper

Department: Sales

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday. Reports to work between 4-6 a.m., works an average 10-hour day.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA driver’s license and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/ squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift.

Duties:

Assists drivers with delivery & merchandising of product.

Position: Safety Coordinator

Department: HR

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm; work hours adjusted temporarily when duties dictate.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a valid Louisiana driver’s license and good driving record
• OSHA Compliance experience; ability to interpret Federal and State regulations pertaining to safety compliance and create/conduct relevant training programs
• Excellent communication, presentation, computer, and organizational skills

Duties:

• Develops/revises programs to ensure a safe and OSHA compliant working environment
• Creates and conducts effective training and powered equipment certifications, maintains appropriate records
• Investigates and handles W/C claims paperwork; primary liaison with TPA
• Completes other assigned duties as assigned
