Position: Class A or B CDL Driver

Department: Sales

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Fridays, rotates Saturdays. Depending on deliveries, reports to work between 3-6 a.m., works an average 10-hour day.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA Class A or B CDL and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift.

Duties:

Drives commercial vehicle to assigned stores; delivers & merchandises product; processes invoices; maintains orderly area in stock rooms.

Position: Loading Swingman

Department: Loading

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays, 11 a.m. until finished (approx. 8 to 10:00 p.m.).

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old; forklift-certified (or able to become forklift-certified); able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift.

Duties:

Manually selects & loads cases of beverages onto pallets and operates forklift to load pallets onto trucks.

Position: Merchandiser

Department: Sales

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

5 a.m. until finished (approx. 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.); five days per week, including weekends.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA driver’s license and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift.

Duties:

Drives to assigned stores; rotates product; stocks shelves/coolers/vendors; builds displays; and maintains orderly area in stock rooms.

Position: Payroll/HR Coordinator

Department: HR

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree in business/HR preferred
• Payroll experience and knowledge of wage & hour regulations required
• Experience in busy HR department preferred
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and recordkeeping skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality on-site

Duties:

• Prepare, review, and process bi-weekly payroll for 140+ employees
• Compile, complete, and distribute payroll reports
• Facilitate the new hire/transfer/termination processes
• Create and maintain personnel/payroll records and files
• Manage employee uniform program
• Respond to employment verification inquiries and garnishment orders, general correspondence internally and externally
• Assist employees with questions regarding company policies and procedures
• Support HR team with special projects and administrative duties

Position: Route Helper

Department: Sales

Status: Regular full-time

Work Days/Hours:

Monday – Friday. Reports to work between 4-6 a.m., works an average 10-hour day.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA driver’s license and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/ squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift.

Duties:

Assists drivers with delivery & merchandising of product.
