Position: Accounting Clerk
Department: Accounting Clerk

Work Days/Hours:
Mon-Fri; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; occasional overtime may be required.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old; possess a HS diploma or GED; possess pleasant communication/customer service skills; able to read & count currency; possess basic math skills; ability to operate switchboard and work within email/invoicing computer programs.
Duties:
Provides backup for receptionist duties, generates customer statements and posts payments, and assist other accounting department personnel as needed.

Work Days/Hours:
Monday – Friday
9:00 a.m. until approx 6:30 p.m. (schedule adjusted as needed and seasonally)
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old; possess excellent math skills; forklift certified; able to read & write, walk/stand/stretch/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 60 lbs. on a repetitive basis; strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Excel required; must possess the ability to learn and become proficient in complex industry-specific computer software.
Duties:
Unloads trucks; counts, separates, stocks, and repacks returned product; processes route settlements.
Position: Class A CDL Driver

Status: Regular full-time
Work Days/Hours:
Monday – Fridays, rotates Saturdays. Depending on deliveries, reports to work between 3-6 a.m., works an average 10-hour day.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA Class A CDL and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift and occasionally lifting 48 lbs.
Duties:
Drives commercial vehicle to assigned stores; delivers & merchandises product; processes invoices; maintains orderly area in stock rooms.
Position: Merchandiser (Full-Time)

Work Days/Hours:
5 a.m. until finished (approx. 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.); five days per week, including weekends.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old; possess customer service skills, a valid LA driver’s license and good driving record; able to read and count, walk/stand/stretch/squat/bend/climb, and lift/carry/stack product weighing up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis throughout work shift and occasionally 48 lbs.

Drives company vehicle to assigned stores; rotates product; stocks shelves/coolers/vendors; builds displays; and maintains orderly area in stock rooms.
Position: Merchandiser (Part-Time)

Position: Recruitment and Development Coordinator

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in workforce recruitment, staffing, and development.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with employment-related laws, regulations, and best practices.
• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in human resources (or related field) or
equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid LA driver’s license and good driving record.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality on-site.
Duties:
• Identifies and implements effective and efficient recruiting methods to meet workforce
needs.
• Manages the application process by screening all applications/resumes to determine if
minimum qualifications are met for interview consideration.
• Responsible for selecting and conducting initial interviews to fill vacant positions, and
refer preferred applicants to hiring managers for second interviews.
• Additional duties may include assistance with developing/maintaining position
descriptions, job-specific performance appraisals, staff development training, etc.
Position: Warehouse Clerk
Department: Warehouse
Status: Part-time
Work Days/Hours:
Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; occasionally, shift may end at 2 p.m., if trucks run late.
Requirements:
Must possess High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to read/write and possess basic computer, data entry & math skills.
Must be able to efficiently and effectively perform activities under time constraints and on days/hours scheduled by supervisor.
Duties:
Updates incoming truck schedule with changes/additions.
Reconciles inbound freight Bills of Lading with internal receiving sheets.
Requests return authorization #s for any damaged/leaked products; tags pallets to be returned.
Requests correction order #s for any inbound freight discrepancies.
Maintains trucking log of scheduled versus actual delivery trucks.
Keys route and warehouse damages and repacks into VIP system.
Computes and reports close-dated products and ensures proper product rotation.
Any other duties as assigned.
